The weekend tournament. Separate categories, a group stage and a knockout draw through to the final, with the bracket always on show.
In both formats
Players enter from their portal. You see who's in, who's missing and who's on the waiting list.
The court's scoreboard feeds the standings and the bracket. Nobody copies results from a notebook into a spreadsheet.
When they play, on which court and against whom. Players see it in their portal without asking at the front desk.
When it's over the full record stays: entrants, results and final standings, ready to look up later.
