MilaCourt is not a booking app. It connects with the tools your club already runs and builds on top of them what you don't have today.
It's the question that always comes up first, so here's the answer up front: if your club already takes bookings through an app, keep doing exactly that. We don't ask you to migrate anything, or your members to switch apps.
They're different pieces of the same stack, not two products fighting over the same spot.
What it connects to
We import your court occupancy from the booking app your club already uses. Your members keep booking exactly where they do today, and MilaCourt works on top of that schedule to build tournaments, classes and reports that match reality. Tell us which one you use and we'll confirm whether it's already supported.
A two-way mirror. What gets scheduled in MilaCourt shows up in the club's or the coach's calendar, and what gets scheduled there is reflected here. It's most useful for classes and for staff who already live in their calendar.
Catalogue and stock synced with the billing tool your club already uses. The digital menu shows what is genuinely available and the prices loaded there, with no double entry. Tell us which one you use and we will confirm whether it is already supported.
You connect your Clutch account and each court's camera runs itself: assigning a match to a court with a camera starts the stream, and it stops when the match ends. The live feed embeds into your club's public page, and when the recording is ready the link reaches whoever booked. You choose separately what gets recorded: bookings, tournament matches and classes.
